For example, specifying a rate of 0.10 decreases the dimension of the
K matrix by 10% for each iteration of the optimized compression method. If the
K matrix has dimension of 1000, for example, the first compression level tests a
K matrix with a dimension of 900, the second level tests a compressed matrix of dimension of 810, and so on.
Tip: To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select
Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click
OK.
