Genotype Delimiter

Use this field to indicate the delimiter used to separate the alleles in a genotype. A “/” is specified by default.

Note: If a blank space is the genotype delimiter, then you must type %str( ) in this field.

To Specify the Delimiter Used:

Select Genotype as the Format of Marker Variables.

Type the delimiter in the text box.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear.
