Measure for LD Decay Plot

Use this parameter to select the linkage disequilibrium measure to be used in a plot of linkage disequilibrium over distance. This plot is generated only if all of the markers are biallelic.

Available measures are described in the table below:

Select:	When you want to :
(blank space)	Omit the generation of a contour plot.
CorrCoeff	Specify the use of the square of the correlation coefficient for generating a contour plot.
Dprime	Specify the use of the absolute value of D’ for generating a contour plot.
