Other p-Value Variables

Use this field to specify additional variables across the meta-analysis that contain p-values.

This field is used only when one or more of the data sets selected, after the first, uses a variable with another name for the p-Value Variable. All variable names for the 2nd through the last data set must be specified here.

To Specify Additional P-Value Variables:

Type the names of the variables in the text box.

You must separate each name using a space.

For example, to specify the additional major allele variables NegLog_pvalue_1 and NegLog_pvalue_2, type NegLog_pvalue_1 NegLog_pvalue_2 in the text box, as shown below:
