Output Genotype Data Set

The Output Genotype Data Set field is used to specify a name for the output SAS data set to distinguish it from other files.

If no name is specified here, the name of the input data set with a process-specific (as defined in the following table) suffix appended, is specified by default.

To Specify an Output Name:

Left-click in the field and type a name for the output data set.

For example, type Output_Genotypes in the text field.

The resulting data set is named: Output_Genotypes.sas7bdat.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear.
