Shuffle Markers

Select this option to shuffle markers within linkage groups.

A customized version of the “ripple.seq” function from the OneMap package¹ is used to shuffle subsequences of markers.

Note: Markers are shuffled right after the marker ordering is processed but before breaking the linkage groups.

To Shuffle the Markers:

Click within the check box.
