Key Marker Label from Base Input SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify the marker label variable from the Base Input SAS Data Set set by which to merge. This must be a character variable.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the chromosome number variable whose values indicate how markers are to be labeled in the output.
