When this option is checked, the predicted trait values for each individual in the Input SAS Data Set is produced by the evaluation of the predictive model equations in the scoring files. Additionally, if the option to Compute selection index is checked, then a selection index is also computed for each individual.
Note: This option is unavailable when either a Backcross Parental Lines Variable or Top Cross Tester Lines Indicator Variable is specified.
