Indicate the annotation data set containing marker information. This data set must have a variable named Probe_Set_ID that is used to correctly order the SNPs in the Output Data Set.
If you have not already downloaded the annotation file, you can download it by selecting NetAffx Download Engine from the Genomics > Import > Affymetrix menu. Once you have downloaded the appropriate annotation .csv file, use Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Annotation CSV (see Affymetrix Annotation CSV File Input Engine) to import this file into a SAS data set.
