Exon Ends

Select a variable describing the exon stopping positions.

Note the following requirements:

•	Values of this variable must be in a comma-delimited string.

•	The scale of this variable must be the same as the scale of the x-axis on which you draw tracks.

To Specify an Exon Ends Variable:

Specify an Annotation File to activate the field.

The Available Variables field becomes populated with variables from the specified file.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Exon Ends field.
