Folder Containing the CDF File

Specify the folder containing the Chip Description File (.cdf) for regular expression arrays.

Note: The corresponding array library files can be downloaded through the NetAffx Download Engine input engine (Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files) or the Affymetrix website.
