Genotype Data Set

Name the SAS data set containing genotypes created from the BeadStudio Full Data Table or the Final Report file.

By default, the name of the input file is used.

To Specify the Genotype Data Set Name:

Type the name of the genotype data set into the text field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear.
