Include MM in output

Check here to include mismatch (MM) intensities in the Output Data Set specified above. A column named "PM_Flag" (perfect match flag) is created in the output data set, indicating PM(1) or MM(0).

Note: If you select "MM", “RMA”, or “GCRMA” as the Background Correction Method, this check box is disabled. You need to select another Background Correction Method to activate this check box.

Note: All the specified options of BG Correction, Transformation, Normalization, and Summary apply to the output MM intensities. The MM probe does not apply to WT-Gene and Exon arrays.
