Input Phenotype File

Include an optional file containing additional phenotypes or covariates.

•	There must be one or more variables common to the pedigree and Phenotype file on which to merge that are specified as Merge Variables on the Options tab.

•	Variables in this file other than the Merge Variables are treated as quantitative variables. That is, any non-numeric values of these variables are set to missing.
