Map File

Choose the map file to import and merge with the tall data set. The file should have Chr (or Chromosome) and Position columns.

To Specify a Map File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files and Type of File. A File Filter Expression is optional.

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder passing the specified filter.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Map File field.
