Specify the full path and filename of the MPS (Meta Probeset File), which maps probesets IDs to the corresponding transcript cluster ID for WT-based Gene and Exon arrays.
Note: It is not necessary to specify the MPS file as long as it can be found in the library folder specified under the General tab. If the field is left empty, the default filename is the chip type concatenated with the latest file version.
