Missing Quantitative Trait Value

If the phenotype variable is a quantitative trait, specify the value that indicates missing.

To Specify the Missing Quantitative Trait Value:

Ensure that Quantitative Trait has been selected as the Type of Phenotype Variable.

Type the value directly into the Missing Quantitative Trait Value text field.
