Output Copy Number Intensity Data Set

Name the SAS data set created from input files and summarized as copy number intensities of each probeset.

Note: When this field is left empty, the specified name of the Output Experimental Design Data Set concatenated with “_cn” is applied.

Caution: Names longer than 32 characters are truncated.

To Specify an Output Copy Number Intensity Data Set:

Specify a Summary Method other than “None” on the Summary tab.

The field is now activated.
