Output Map Data Set

Use this field to specify the name of SAS data set containing marker map information.

If no name is specified, the name of the genotype data set, with _map appended as a suffix, is used.

To Specify an Output Map Data Set:

Type the name of the data set into the text field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear.
