Reference File

Select a .fa file for reference.

To Specify a Reference File:

Specify a Folder Containing a FASTA-formatted Reference Sequence to activate the field.

The Available Files field is populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Reference File field.
