Folder Containing Other Library Files

This folder contains the Cel Layout File (.clf), Probe Group File (.pgf), Probeset file (.ps), and QC Control file (.qcc) for miRNA 3.0 arrays.

Note: The corresponding array library files can be downloaded through the NetAffx Download Engine input engine (Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files) or the Affymetrix website.

To Specify the Folder Containing the Library Files:
