Sample Variable

Use this field to specify the variable from the input data set by which to compute the mean/geometric mean of the reference genes.

To Specify the Sample Variable:

Specify an input data set.

All of the variables in the input data set are listed in the Available Variables field.

Left-click a single variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Sample Variable field.
