Noise Baseline Fitting Option

Specify an option for fitting the baseline to the previously specified noise intervals.

Options include:

Option	Description
0	No baseline fitting. Intensities in the base intervals are treated as pure noise.
1	Fit an underlying piecewise envelope.
2	Fit a single linear baseline for observations in two successive base intervals.
3	Fit a piecewise linear baseline for observations in two successive base intervals. Note: A minimum of four values must be specified in the Lower and Upper x-Axis Values for Noise Intervals.

To Specify a Noise Baseline Fitting Option:

Left-click the Noise Baseline Fitting Option drop-down menu to reveal the list of options.
