Use this field to specify the variable whose values indicate the genetic position of each of the SNPs or probesets on the chromosome.
When this variable is specified along with a chromosome variable, negative log10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
