SNPs Minimum Missing Genotype by Trait p-Value

SNPs with less than this p-value from the test for different proportions of missing genotypes in cases and controls (as defined by the Binary Trait Variable) are excluded from the output data set.

Enter 0 to include all SNPs regardless of p-value.

Enter 1 to prevent the Missing Genotype by Trait Summary process from running.

Check the Perform Missing Genotype by Trait Analysis box on the General tab to activate this field.
