Transcript Cluster ID Variable

Specify a variable whose values indicate transcript clusters.

Important: If this variable is not in the Input SAS Data Set, then you must specify an Exon Annotation SAS Data Set on the Exon Anno tab that does contain this variable.

To Specify a Transcript Cluster ID Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Transcript Cluster ID Variable field.
