Tau Value for TPM

Use this option to specify the value of tau to be used for p-value adjustment (smoothing) using TPM.

With the TPM, rejection of the null hypothesis implies that there is at least one false null hypothesis among those with p-values less than or equal to tau. When tau=1, TPM is equivalent to the Fisher method.

To Specify a Tau Value for TPM:

Specify TPM as the p-Value Combination Method.
