Opens a dialog (shown below) that enables you to select comparison levels for selected genes or markers to use for pathway analysis.
Note; This drill down is generated only when a Gene Symbol Variable is specified on Anno1 tab of the process dialog.

Highlight selected comparison variables and click create a TXT file and web link for the iPathway Guide (shown below).

Note: Check the Create multiple files for each comparison check box to generate a separate file for each comparison instead of one large file. This feature is useful when there is an excessive number of comparison levels.
