The Custom Design platform constructs split-plot, split-split-plot, and two-way split-plot (strip-plot) designs that are D-optimal or I-optimal. For details about constructing these designs, see Goos (2002). In this section, you construct examples of two of these designs: a split-plot design that involves mixture factors, and a two-way split-plot design.
