Notation for Goal Plots and Capability Box Plots
The formulas for the Goal Plot and Capability Box Plots use the following notation:
Yij = ith observation for process j
= mean of the observations on process j
SD(Yj) = standard deviation of the observations on process j
Tj = target value for process j
LSLj = lower specification limit for process j
USLj = upper specification limit for process j
