Add, Edit, and Delete Column Properties

To add a column property

1. Right-click the column to which you want to add a property or select multiple columns and right-click within the selection.

2. Select Add Property...

3. Select the property from the Column Properties menu.

4. In the column property window that appears, specify values and select options as appropriate.

Click OK to add the column property and close the column properties window.

To edit an existing column property

1. Select the column(s) whose properties you want to edit.

2. Click the Image shown here button next to the property to be edited.

3. In the column property panel that appears, edit the existing values and options as appropriate.

Click OK to apply the edit to the column property and close the column properties window.

To delete a column property

1. Right-click the property you want to delete.

2. Select Delete Property.
