To copy and paste a single column property
1. Right-click the column property you want to copy.
2. Select Copy Property.
3. Right-click the column to which you want to paste the property or select multiple columns and right-click within the selection.
4. Select Paste Properties and Attributes...
5. In the Paste Attributes... window that appears, select OK to paste the column property to the new column.
To copy multiple properties and attributes from a single column to others
1. Right-click the column whose properties and attributes you want to copy.
2. Select Copy All Properties and Attributes.
3. Right-click the column to which you want to paste the properties and attributes or select multiple columns and right-click within the selection.
4. Select Paste Properties and Attributes...
5. In the Paste Attributes... window that appears, select the properties and attributes to paste to the new column(s).
Select OK to paste the selected properties and attributes.
