In the Workflow Builder the following options appear when you right-click on a workflow step.
Cut, Copy, Paste
Cuts, copies, or pastes a workflow step.
Group Selected
Groups the selected workflow steps into a single step.
Group with For Each
Groups workflow steps to repeat across multiple tables.
Add Empty Group
Adds an empty group to the workflow. Click and drag steps to the empty group.
Ungroup
(Available only for groups). Ungroups workflow steps.
Step Enabled
Enables or disables workflow steps. Disabled steps are skipped when a workflow is executed.
Rerecord Steps
Enables you to rerecord a set of steps. Select a set of steps and select Rerecord Steps. The workflow resets and runs to the selected steps. Rerecord the steps and then select Done. The steps are now replaced with the rerecorded steps.
Run to Step
Runs the workflow to a selected step.
Run Selected
Runs a selected step or group of steps.
Set Next Step To Execute
Sets the selected step as the next step to run in the workflow.
Set Breakpoint
Sets the selected step as a breakpoint to stop the workflow. Use as you build and test your workflow.
Enable Breakpoint
(Available only when a breakpoint is set.) Enables or disables a breakpoint. Use for debugging.
Force Prompt for Table
(Available only for Open Table steps.) Opens a dialog to set a prompt for a data table.
Edit
(Available only for Open Table steps.) Opens a dialog to replace the data table reference.
Tip: Alternatively, use the Manage option in the Workflow Builder red triangle menu to manage table and column references.
Hide Tables from Selected
Hides the tables produced by the selected step.
