Load Common Orderings from a Data Table

1. Open the table from which you want to create custom orderings, making sure that the table is the current data table.

2. Select File > Preferences > Value Order.

3. Click Create.

4. Choose the column whose values you want to use to form the items list, and then click OK.

The items list is populated with the information from the table and the new list is defined under items.

5. To change the name of the new ordering, double-click the name, specify a new name, and then press Enter.

6. To change the order of the list, use the arrows to move items up and down the list. When the list is in the correct order, click OK.
