Multi-factor Designs

When two or three acceleration factors are used, the test settings are first projected onto the line y = x. The optimal and compromise designs are then found based on a single factor. Once these settings are determined, these optimal settings are then divided among the remaining factors in a manner that preserves the optimality of the designs. See Escobar and Meeker (1995).
