The Marker Relatedness Report and Options

The estimates of genetic relationship computed between pairs of individuals depends on the type of measure chosen in the dialog (IBS, Additive, Dominance) and the method chosen to estimate each type of measure. The graphs and tables in this report let you understand the amount of genetic relationship that each individual (rows in the input data table) have with all other individuals.

The Marker Relatedness red triangle menu contains the following options:

Merge Kinship Table

Use this option to merge the square relationship table into the input data table. This is useful for subsequent analysis, such as Genome Wide Association Analysis (GWAS), in which the square relationship table can enter a Mixed Model as random effects.

Save Square Kinship Table

Use this option to save the square kinship table

Save Stacked Kinship Table

Use this option to save the stacked kinship table.
