Other ID Variables

Use this field if any of the data sets selected after the first uses a variable with another name for the ID Variable.

The names for all of the ID variables for the 2nd through the last input data sets must be specified here.

To Specify the Other ID Variable Names:

Type the names of the ID variables from the 2nd through the last input data sets in the text box.

Separate the variables with a space.

For example, to specify the ID variable names for an analysis of three studies where the ID variables in the first, second, and third input data sets are ID, SNP, and Marker, respectively, complete the following steps:

Specify ID using the ID Variable parameter on the General tab.

Type SNP Marker in the Other ID Variables field, as shown below:
