Output Description

Ingenuity Get Gene Pathways

Running this process for the AffymetrixLatinSquareExample sample setting generates the Results window shown below. Refer to the Ingenuity Get Gene Pathways process description for more information.

The Results window contains the following elements:

Output Data Set

One output data set (identified by the appended _ipg suffix) data set contains annotation data with an extra column called Ingenuity_Gene_Pathways that lists the numeric pathways that each Gene is a part of.

Click Open to open and view the data set.

The Ingenuity_Gene_Pathways column is highlighted above.

Launch Follow-up Processes

•

Gene Set Enrichment: Click Gene Set Enrichment to launch the Gene Set Enrichment process with the output data set preloaded as input.

Gene Set Scoring: Click Gene Set Scoring to launch the Gene Set Scoring process with the output data set preloaded as input.

General

Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

•

Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
