Output Description

Reference Gene Normalization

Running this process generates two output data sets accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Reference Gene Normalization process description for more information about this process.

Output Data

This process generates the following output data set:

Output Scored Data Set: This output data set contains the normalized data. This data set is indicated by the _data suffix. This data is ready for further analysis. Click Open to view the data set.

Reference Scaling Data Set: This data set (indicated by the _scf suffix) contains the scaling factors used for normalizing the data. Click Open to view the data set.

Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
