This plot shows the estimated LS mean of the trait variable across all environments on the y-axis with the genotypes represented along the x-axis. For the alpha specified (using the Alpha for LSMeans Confidence Intervals option), 100*(1-alpha)% confidence intervals are shown for the estimates.
