The distribution of missing genotype proportion across the individuals is displayed, using histograms, quantile information, and summary statistics.

If any BY variables were selected, a separate distribution is displayed for each BY group.

These results can give guidance on the value to set for the Filter for Individuals cutoff to be used to filter markers/individuals.
