Annotation Title Variables

Use this field to specify the annotation variables to be used as titles in the output plots.

These variables should provide information about the rows plotted, for example, gene name and symbol.

To Specify One or More Annotation Title Variables:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables listing information about the rows to be used as titles for the output plots.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Title Variables field, as shown below:
