Baseline in Reference SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify one variable as the baseline for normalization.

If this field is left blank, you must specify the Experimental Design Data Set Corresponding to Baseline Reference Data Set for calculating the baseline reference.

To Specify a Baseline Variable:

Specify the Baseline Reference SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Baseline in Reference SAS Data Set field.
