Design-Level Grouping Variables

Use this field to specify the variables used to group arrays (or channels) for calculating the median. Leave this field blank to calculate the median across all arrays.

To Specify One or More Design-Level Grouping Variables:

Specify an Experimental Design SAS Data Set (EDDS).

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Design-Level Grouping Variables field.

For example, select Array to calculate the median within each individual array.
