Percentage of Data on A Component to Be Trimmed

Use this text box to specify the percentage of data to be trimmed on the A component (x-axis of the MA Plot) before normalization. The half percentage of data with upper and lower A values are trimmed.

For example, a value of 5 specifies that 5% of the data is to be excluded based on average count criteria. The top 2.5% and bottom 2.5% of features are identified by average count values and excluded from being used in the normalization process.
