RNA Output Data Set

Use this field to specify the name of the output data set containing the log ratio of RNA intensity data for estimated homozygous genotypes.

All the corresponding data of heterozygous genotypes are set to be missing in this data set. Also, only the loci that pass the distance and range criteria specified on the Analysis tab are kept in this data set. You can use ANOVA or Mixed Model Analysis on this data set for testing design (or treatment) effect for heterozygous genotypes. This data set is in tall format corresponding to the Experimental Design SAS Data Set of RNA Intensity.

If no name is specified, the name of the RNA input data set, with _asr appended as a suffix, is used by default.
