SNP ID Variable
Use this field to specify the variable containing a SNP identifier, for example the RS ID.
Important: The input data set should be sorted by this variable. If an Annotation SAS Data Set is specified, this variable must contain the same SNP identifiers as the variable specified in the Annotation Label Variable field.
To Specify the SNP Variables:

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

| 8 | Highlight the variable listing the SNP identifiers. |
