Standardize Batch profile

Check this box to scale and center each batch profile before clustering. Clusters are grouped based on the profiles of the control arrays.

This option is activated when a positive value is specified in the Number of Clusters field.

This option is recommended when the pattern of batch profiles is more important to your analysis than the absolute magnitude of each cluster.
