Sub-Feature Variable

Use this field to specify the variable that distinguishes those sub-features that make up features specified in the Feature Variable field. For example, sub-feature variables might include individual probes or exons.

To Specify the Sub-Feature Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the sub-features.
