Variables Defining Blocks
Use this field to specify the variables whose levels define blocks corresponding to a single random effect. Observations within the same block are assumed to be correlated.
To Specify Variables Defining Blocks:
| 8 | Specify an Experimental Design SAS Data Set (EDDS). |
All of the variables in the data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight one or more variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down while left-clicking on them. |
| 8 | Click  to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Variables Defining Blocks field, as shown below: |
